Tile and Stone Installation Systems

CUSTOM’s comprehensive tile installation systems are guaranteed for up to a lifetime when a system of eligible products are used. It protects the entire tile installation in the event of a system failure. This is the most comprehensive lifetime warranty in the industry — a demonstration of our commitment to quality.

Flooring Preparation Systems

CustomTech® products have a Limited System Warranty of up to 25 years. A complete CustomTech floor preparation system of products, including the appropriate primer as needed, must be used to qualify for a limited warranty. All installations over 15,000 square feet must receive pre-approval by contacting a CERAMIC TECHNICS Architectural Consultant. Together we offer, job specific, consolidated warranties for CTL tile and CUSTOM products.
