2016 Confindustria Ceramica North American Distributor Award
(Chicago, IL – April 2016) Confindustria Ceramica (the Italian Association of Ceramics) is pleased to announce that Atlanta-based tile and stone distributor, Ceramic Technics Ltd, has been selected as the recipient of the prestigious 2016 Confindustria Ceramica North American Distributor Award. Each year, Coverings – North America’s largest international exhibition of tile and stone, taking place this year in Chicago – serves as the very fitting occasion to announce this accolade. After considering the many valued distributors of Italian ceramic tile across North America, Ceramic Technics Ltd emerged as this year’s winner due to its 28 years of high level service as an importer and distributor in the commercial sector, characterized by a close attention to detail and keen understanding of the distinctive qualities that Italian ceramic tile offers.
Ceramic Technics Ltd was selected to receive the honor by a Supervisory Committee consisting of members of the Confindustria Ceramica Board of Directors, in collaboration with Italian tile manufacturers. The criteria includes consistency, exemplary service as an Italian tile importer and distributor, a high calibre corporate image, inclination towards Ceramics of Italy products in recognition of their singular design and innovative technological qualities, and fair trade practices in relation with Italian manufacturers. The Supervisory Committee determined that Ceramic Technics Ltd met this criteria in spades, and is well deserving of this recognition.
